Archiving Compliance
Helping organizations achieve email archiving compliance (ie: HIPAA or Sarbanes-Oxley) and protection against liabilities, Kerio MailServer archives all incoming and outgoing messages as they are delivered. Emails are stored in a separate directory so they cannot be deleted by the recipient. Archived emails can be viewed, searched and sorted in Kerio WebMail or with any IMAP client, making audits and legal discovery simple.

Data Backup Protection
All user data us backed up nightly. In the event a deleted email needs to be restored, we can perform this crucial data restore for you.

Automated Message Retrieval
Kerio WebMail automatically checks for new messages without requiring the user to refresh the screen or click on any buttons. Even when a user leaves a WebMail window unattended, new incoming messages will pop-up in the inbox.
