Jennifer Leitz
CEO

Jennifer Leitz, CEO of Innovative Technology Solutions, is an award winning graphic designer and art director with over 18 years of experience in the Sarasota area.

Jennifer is an honors graduate of the Ringling School of Art and Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Computer Design.

Jennifer's professional career has given her vast experience in the fine art print publishing industry, advertising agencies, marketing administration, magazine and text book publishing. She has also won 25 Addy Awards, including "Addy Best of Show", as well as numerous other design awards.

Christopher Norskov
President

Mr. Norskov spent 16 years at numerous communications and high technology companies. As President, Mr. Norskov is responsible for company strategy, execution and performance. Prior to joining Innovative Technology Solutions, Mr. Norskov held a management role at Manatee County Rural Health Services as Director of Information Technology.

Prior to that Mr. Norskov worked for Wave Wireless Networking providing support for Wave Wireless Networking's Worldwide Clients on broadband wireless routers and bridges sold more than 70+ countries. Mr. Norskov also held a role at AT&T Business Services Global Operations as a manager of special projects. He was responsible for the migration of network IP traffic from IBM’s Open Net to the AT&T Common Back Bone network.
