24/7/365 monitoring of the interior and exterior of the building by armed guards.
Over 20 cameras cover all entrances and the data center floor. Video data is digitally stored off-site for a period of 90 days. The data center is located in Asheville, NC.
We chose this location as it is somewhat protected from severe weather events that we sometimes face here in sunny Florida. All building entrances require card key access. Security requires sign-in with government issued photo identification by all visitors. The data center floor requires two-factor authentication via biometric fingerprint scan.
In short - your data is very secure.

The data center boasts multiple diverse fiber routes to the building.
Each fiber route enters the building via a completely separate conduit, and is routed away from other paths, thus ensuring that no single localized incident, such as the ever infamous ‘backhoe’, can cause complete destruction of all fiber paths to the building or affect service.
